“When I was 14, I told my mom I felt the same attraction towards girls as boys.” Says Miley Cyrus.

Miley Cyrus has recently revolutionized her public rejection of labels but when we talk of her approach towards love, she has been quite open to anyone irrespective of their genders. While describing her sexual interests towards women, she also admitted that she had told her mother about her sexual preferences when she was just 14 years old.

I am literally open to every single thing that is consenting and doesn’t involve an animal and everyone is of age. Everything that’s legal, I’m down with.

Cyrus was talking to Paper Magazine in its recent issue on June 22 newsstand. Just to mention, it was when Miley Cyrus first declared publicly that she wasn’t inclined towards sexual differences when it comes to love someone. She also revealed her previous bisexual relationships in her conversation with the magazine.

And yes, I am open to any adult- anyone over the 18 barrier who is down to love me. I don’t have any specific gender preferences and I don’t intend to have my partner relate to boy or girl.

The 22 years old celebrity told magazine that she discussed her feelings towards women to her mom, Tish, at the age of 14.

I remember telling her I admire women in a different way. And she asked me what that meant. And I said, I love them. I love them like I love boys.

And it was so hard for her to understand. She didn’t want me to be judged and she didn’t want me to go to hell. But she believes in me more than she believes in any god. I just asked for her to accept me. And she has.

Miley Cyrus, who had been engaged to Liam Hemsworth after breaking up with Patrick Schwarzenegger in April, also revealed that she had been involved in bisexual relationships too. She said she had romances with both men and women previously.

“I’ve had that, but people never really looked at it, and I never brought it into the spotlight.”
